Essential characteristics of the service

• Outputs are generated automatically from user inputs; they are not professional advice.

Price and payment

Prices are shown at checkout including 20% VAT; there are no additional or delivery charges. The price valid is the one at the time of the order. Payment is by card on the payment institution's page.

Time of performance

Immediately after payment confirmation; at the latest within 24 hours.

Right of withdrawal

Because the service is performed instantly in electronic form, no right of withdrawal applies under art. 15/1-(ğ) and (h) of the Regulation; this is confirmed before payment with a separate checkbox. If generation has not started, the 14-day right of withdrawal applies; refunds are made within 14 days to the original payment method.

Commitments

Outputs that cannot be generated due to technical failure are refunded; defective-service rights are reserved. The voluntary satisfaction policy is described in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Technical characteristics

PDF (print from the browser) and PPTX (compatible with PowerPoint 2016+, Google Slides and Keynote). Outputs are bound to the account.

Storage

The contract text is e-mailed after payment and remains accessible from the account for 3 years. The Turkish text prevails.
