Drawn up under the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation. Order-specific details (buyer, product, price, order number, date and IP) are merged into this agreement at payment, delivered by e-mail as a durable medium and kept for at least 3 years.
Provider: FIZIB (details on the Legal Notice page). Buyer: the user identified in the order form.
A digital service delivered electronically: a feasibility report and/or investor deck generated automatically from the user's questionnaire answers ("Product"). The Product is viewed online in the account and can be exported as PDF and PPTX. There is no physical delivery.
The price is the amount shown in the order summary, including 20% VAT; there are no additional charges. Payment is made by card on the payment institution's 3D Secure page. Card details are never stored by the Provider.
The Product is made available in the account immediately after payment is confirmed and at the latest within 24 hours. If the questionnaire is incomplete, the Product is generated once it is completed.
Under art. 15/1-(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation (services performed instantly in electronic form and intangible goods delivered instantly) and art. 15/1-(h) (services whose performance began with the consumer's approval before the withdrawal period ended), no right of withdrawal applies. Before payment the Buyer confirmed with a separate checkbox that the Product is generated instantly and that the right of withdrawal therefore does not apply. If payment was made but generation has not started, the 14-day right of withdrawal applies in full.
Under arts. 13-16 of Law No. 6502, if the Product is not delivered, is corrupt or materially fails to match the described features, the Buyer may request re-performance, a price reduction or a refund. These rights cannot be waived.
The Provider reviews reasoned refund requests under the conditions in the Cancellation & Refund Policy (within 48 hours if the deck has not been downloaded); a Product that cannot be generated due to technical failure is refunded in full.
The Product is an informational projection and not investment, accountancy or legal advice (see the Disclaimer).
The Buyer holds a licence to use, modify and share the Product for their own venture; the platform and templates belong to the Provider.
The KVKK Privacy Notice applies.
Turkish law applies. The Buyer may apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees within the annual monetary limits, and to the Consumer Court at their place of residence above them. Complaints to destek@fizib.co are answered within 3 business days.
The agreement is concluded when the Buyer electronically confirms the Preliminary Information Form and this agreement and completes payment; it is performed upon delivery of the Product. The Turkish text prevails.
