For everyone with the dream but not the spreadsheet.

01

I'm opening my first place

A real answer to 'how many customers do I need?'

02

I'm raising money

A deck that talks numbers.

03

I'm convincing a partner or family

Argue about cash flow, not feelings.

Calibrated for cafes, specialty coffee, restaurants, breakfast places, patisseries, bakery-cafes, burger, pide and more.

Three steps, one deck.

  1. 1

    Tell us

Concept, city, district, square metres, menu prices. Where you don't know, say 'use the industry average' and we fill it in.

  2. 2

    We calculate

A deterministic finance engine runs revenue, COGS, staff, rent, inflation and VAT over 36 months in pessimistic, base and optimistic scenarios.

  3. 3

    Present

Read your report, download the deck as PowerPoint or PDF. Change an answer and every number updates.

AI writes the narrative only; the numbers come from formulas, never from guesses.

People who come to the table with numbers.

When I saw my rent-to-revenue ratio at 28%, I moved the shop one street back. The deck showed me before I signed.
Entrepreneur planning a specialty coffee shop in Kadıköy
I took this deck to the bank for the second branch of my father's patisserie. The branch manager finally said 'this is a business plan'.

The first thing I ask founders for is break-even and cash cycle. FIZIB puts it on slide two.

Frequently asked.

I know nothing about the industry. Can I still fill it in?+

Yes. Every question has a plain-language note and an industry average; you can skip with 'I don't know, use the suggested value'. Assumptions are badged in the report so you can verify them later.

How realistic are the numbers?+

Cost lines are Turkey-specific (employer social security, VAT rates, rent-increase cap, withholding, CPI and minimum-wage steps) and calibrated with city/district bands. It is still a projection; entering a real rent offer and supplier quotes sharpens it.

How do you handle inflation?+

The whole model is in nominal TRY. Costs index monthly, menu prices quarterly; rent rises at the lease anniversary and the minimum wage in January. The pessimistic case adds higher inflation and a mid-year wage hike. The EUR/USD reference view lets you read it in hard currency.

Does the AI invent numbers?+

No. Every figure comes from a deterministic engine. AI (optional) only writes the prose; every number in its text is checked against the model output and any paragraph that doesn't match is discarded.

Can I change things later?+

Yes. Edit answers and recompute for the duration of your plan; the report and deck update instantly.

Who sees my data?+

Only you. Reports are never shared or used for training and are stored in compliance with Turkish data-protection law (KVKK). The AI provider receives only questionnaire answers and computed figures, never identity data.

Can I edit the deck?+

The PPTX is fully editable; most charts are native PowerPoint charts. Speaker notes are included in the file.

Refunds?+

The preview is free; you pay when unlocking the full report. Because the report is generated instantly there is no statutory withdrawal right; even so, if you haven't downloaded the deck we review reasoned refund requests within 48 hours. Details are in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

The dream is ready. Let's do the math.
