Terms of Service and Membership Agreement

These Terms are concluded electronically at registration between FIZIB ("Provider") and any natural or legal person who registers on and uses the FIZIB platform ("User"). The version date and time of acceptance are recorded.

1. Parties

The Provider's trade name, MERSİS number, address and contact details are on the Legal Notice page.

2. Eligibility

• Users must be at least 18 years old and register with their real identity.
• One account per person; use on behalf of a company is allowed.
• Users are responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and for activity on their account.

3. The service

The platform is a software and information tool that runs a deterministic financial model on the user's questionnaire answers and produces a feasibility report, an optional AI-assisted narrative and an investor presentation. It does not provide investment advisory services (Capital Markets Law No. 6362), accountancy (Law No. 3568), legal advice (Attorneyship Law No. 1136), banking or credit brokerage. Financing, licences, profitability and the accuracy of assumptions are not guaranteed.

4. User obligations

• Enter truthful, current information and validate outputs with licensed professionals (accountant, lawyer, architect).
• Use the platform lawfully; do not upload third-party personal data without authority.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, reselling reports as a service and abuse of the platform are prohibited.

5. Intellectual property and licence

The platform, templates, calculation engine, benchmark database and brand belong to the Provider. Users own their inputs and receive a perpetual licence to use, modify and share the report and deck generated for their own venture. AI-assisted text may not qualify as a protected work under Turkish copyright law; the Provider claims no rights over it. The Provider may use anonymised, aggregated data to improve benchmarks.

6. Fees and payment

The preview is free. Full report and investor packages are one-time purchases at the VAT-inclusive prices shown at checkout. Prices may change with notice. The Distance Sales Agreement and the Cancellation & Refund Policy apply.

7. Availability

The Provider makes reasonable efforts to keep the platform available; maintenance windows may occur. No service-level commitment is given to consumers.

8. Suspension and termination

The Provider may suspend or close accounts for breach. Users may delete their account at any time; data is erased after the retention periods in the Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of liability

Mandatory consumer rights, defective-service remedies, gross negligence and intent are reserved. Otherwise the Provider's liability is limited to the fees paid by the User in the last 12 months; indirect losses, including lost profits of the planned venture, are excluded.

10. Changes

Changes are notified by e-mail 15 days in advance; continued use constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law and disputes

Turkish law applies. Consumer Users may apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts; merchant Users submit to the Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices. The Turkish text prevails.

12. Incorporated documents

The KVKK Privacy Notice, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Distance Sales Agreement, Preliminary Information Form, Cancellation & Refund Policy, Disclaimer and AI Usage Notice form an integral part of these Terms.
